With this latest trip to Libya, I suspect Condi has some use it or lose it miles she had to get to ASAP. The whole time as Secretary of State this woman goes nowhere and does nothing, but all of a sudden she is a mini-Kissinger. She has been to 40 countries this year. There are some obvious places like multiple trips to Iraq, Afghanistan, Israel and Palestine, but those places are in the same position they were when she took office. For someone whose expertise is russia, she has not come in handy with the Poland missiles debacle and obviously Georgia. By the way, 25 was her total number for 2007,
