When I saw High School Musical 2, I thought it was loaded with gay innuendos. Sharpay's brother is definitely gay with his pastel wardrobes and odd relationship with his mother. Plus, I had a difficult time watching the baseball scene. It was one of those moments where you want to change the channel but you don't want anyone in the room to think you're homophobic, so you sit there feeling embarrassed for the actors. I don't know if Disney meant for Sharpay's brother to be gay or not. Off camera he seems pretty straight to me.
