The woman behind the Josh Duhamel sex scandal appeared on Monday on an Atlanta radio station to confirm her relationship with the actor.  “We did hook up and had lots of sex and we had a really, really good time,” Nicole Forrester said in an exclusive interview with The Bert Show, on Atlanta radio station Q100.

After airing the hour long interview on Monday Josh’s lawyers sent the radio station a cease and desist letter demanding that they take the video off their website.  Initially the radio station complied, but Q100’s lawyers told RadarOline.com that they informed Duhamel’s lawyer that they found Forrester’s story and the polygraph test credible and asked his lawyers to disprove her story.  Josh’s lawyers did not respond to the radio station and they have now released the video and audio clips from the interview.

The polygraph expert Kenneth Blackstone told RadarOnline.com exclusively that "The polygraph examination showed Nicole Forrester was being non-deceptive, telling the truth when she answered my questions.”

Nicole revealed her fond feelings for the "gorgeous" star, telling The Bert Show "He's a really, really sweet guy."

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, on Halloween Fergie partied in New York City with Kylie Minogue at Avenue while Josh remained in Atlanta filming his movie. The Black Eyed Peas singer flew to Altanta on Tuesday and had a very public dinner with him at the restaurant Chops.

Duhamel vehemently denies any sexual contact with Forrester. In a statement Duhamel's rep said, "This is not the first nor will it be the last time that a stripper was paid a large amount of money to sell a false story about a celebrity. This story is absolutely ridiculous."

Nicole said when she finally reached Josh after multiple attempts to contact him he said to her "Hon, hon, you have to totally deny that you ever knew me." Leading her on even more, Nicole revealed that Josh told her "I wanted to see you but now this has gotten way out of hand."

“It’s the truth,” Forrester said. “I’m not lying about anything. I have nothing to hide and he’s just as guilty as I am.”
