The Anand Jon "California Rape Trial of the Century" (well, at least until all the victims started backing out) is now in its second week, and more bizarre details continue to trickle in:

It has now been revealed that one of the girls Jon allegedly assaulted, Britny 0., had extensive communications with a hacker who broke into Jon's computer last June and went through his emails. She doesn't seem to recall anything substantive about their sexual encounter other than that he smelled bad, he slept naked, and that she slipped in the bathroom. Not exactly incriminating stuff.

Another plaintiff, Janice Z, seemingly exchanged 58 text messages with Jon the day after she claims the assault occurred. She even went to the Beverly Hills Police Department the afternoon after the assault to fight a parking ticket she had received, but didn't report being raped. Yet another girl, an actress, showed up to testify against Jon clad head-to-toe in leopard print; she said that Jon hit on her, but stopped his sexual advances when he asked him to.

All of which, of course, is great news for Jon. Much better to be a garden variety sleazy pervert than a genuine rapist!
